New week:
Monday I took the day off and I can't really remember why. I think it poured down rain most of the day.
Tuesday rained some more and it broke in the evening. Doing a lab a day for the past week and a half has really worn me out. I didn't want to go out and run, but I put my clothes on and just took off. I ran 4 miles hard. about 815-845 pace. Not really tempo, but real close. Hope to get out there again tonight.
